My name is Samantha Grant, Human Resources Manager for Diversity Health Center. I’m a strategic HR Business Leader with 10 years’ experience managing people and initiating change management. As a HR leader, I guide and coach C-level executives and department managers on HR compliance, employee relations, recruiting strategies and employee satisfaction. I’m skilled in employment law and identifying gaps within the workforce and developing processes and systems for efficiency. My strengths are in business acumen, identifying gaps in company processes and procedures, and organizational development strategies. I thrive off of project oriented tasks. My passion for people and change initiatives stem from my background as a Social Worker in the state of Florida in the Child Protective Services Division. I thrive in environments allowing me to utilize my interpersonal skills. After four years as a Social Worker, I transitioned to my original career path as a Human Resources leader. Aside from work, I have a love for dance, home decor, and DIY projects. A fun fact about me, I would love to develop a female led construction company, building quality and affordable homes for families within their budget. It is my belief that humanity should not have to sacrifice safety and quality within their living environment. After a long day’s work, my attention is immediately consumed by my four-legged chocolate Labrador, Brownie. I love spending time with my family and friends and traveling.
