She currently serves as Assistant Director of Planning & Development for the City of Madison, Georgia, where she leads initiatives in comprehensive planning, urban redevelopment, and affordable housing. Previously, Mollie held leadership roles at the Atlanta Regional Commission, managing programs, grants, and public-private partnerships to advance sustainable growth across the region. Active in professional development, she chairs the Mentor Committee for the Georgia Planning Association, supporting emerging planners.
