Elizabeth Banks is a public health practitioner and non-profit strategist who is devoted to creating healthy and equitable communities. Currently, Elizabeth serves as the Chief Programs Officer at HOPE Atlanta where she leads the agency’s programs and strategic initiatives focused on ending cycles of homelessness and poverty throughout Georgia. She holds a Master’s in Public Health from Emory University and, through her work with nonprofits, has specialized in program design, research and evaluation, performance, quality improvement, and strategic management. Prior to joining HOPE Atlanta, Elizabeth worked with Families First, the Foundation for Veterans’ Education and Research, UCLA Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center, and several consulting agencies including James Bell & Associates.
