Amanda CM Brown serves as the Executive Director of the Creative Arts Guild, Georgia’s oldest, community, non-profit, multi-disciplinary arts organization, in Dalton, Georgia. She holds a Master of Arts in Arts Development and Program Management from the University of Denver as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from Sewanee: The University of the South. She is also actively pursuing a Master of Arts in Arts in Health through the University of Florida which will help her marry two passions – the arts and wellbeing. Amanda has a wide range of experiences in the arts including serving as an arts educator in the areas of theatre, visual arts and dance and as a director and choreographer for a number of theatre companies and programs. Amanda also has a background in administration, visual design, marketing, communications, program design and implementation, fundraising, and strategic planning.
