Dr. Arlena Williams was born and raised in Ellisville, Mississippi and moved to Columbus, Ga in 2005 to attend Columbus State University. Currently, Arlena serves as the Director of Community Services at Enrichment Services Program, Inc. in Columbus, Ga. and is an Adjunct Instructor of Psychology at West Georgia Technical College. She brings over a decade of experience in organizational leadership, homelessness prevention, behavioral health counseling, and community organizing. Arlena has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Master’s Degree in Counseling, Master’s Degree in Public Administration, and PhD in Human Services. Arlena believes everyone deserves compassion and to be treated with dignity and respect. When Arlena is not working in the community, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four sons.
