Will Newton is the Project Manager for Economic Development at the City of Warner Robins. A born and raised native to the Middle Georgia area, having grown up in Macon and Forsyth, and now working in Warner Robins. Will is a recent graduate of the 2022 Leadership Robins Region class. He is a two-time graduate from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s in Environmental Economics ’19, and a Master’s in Public Administration ‘21. As you can bet an avid fan of all things UGA – GO DAWGS! Blessed with an amazing family, several of which were involved in public service and played an influential role in pursuing his own career in public service. His interest in economic development comes from a desire to build a better place to live, work, and play for the community. Outside of work, he spends a lot of his time with his new puppy, Padmé (yes, Star Wars reference). Other passions he enjoys include outdoor recreation, sporting events, trying out new breweries, and essentially anything amongst the company of good friends.
