Sara is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in informatics, cultural resource management, and youth information needs. She achieved her Bachelor of Arts in History & Public History from Weber State University, and Master of Science in Information Science from Florida State University. Sara’s career has been defined by her passion for preserving and disseminating knowledge, as well as her commitment to equal access to information. She is a licensed librarian, and currently serves as Media Specialist & Public Relations Coordinator at Newbern Middle School, where her diverse background makes her an asset in both academia and information. Her lifelong dream is to meet LeVar Burton, as she has read every book featured on Reading Rainbow!
