Kristen Holt brings over 14 years of experience in communication, project management, compliance, vendor management, and data analysis across various industries, including eight years at Georgia Power. She currently serves as an Organization and Communication Analyst and is responsible for executing and supporting internal and external communications, supporting organizational readiness activities, evaluating stakeholder and user readiness, and desired project results. She started her career as the Director of Sales at the National Infantry Museum, then managed compliance as Registrar at Miller-Motte Technical College.
Kristen graduated from Columbus State University with a bachelor’s degree in Communication. She is a Certified Change Manager and Registered Scrum Master. Kristen serves as a mentor and leader in multiple Employee Resource Groups within Georgia Power. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and playing pickleball. Kristen is deeply invested in her community and proud to call Columbus, GA home.
