Shantanu Chakraborty is an assistant professor at Valdosta State University (VSU). He received his Ph.D. degree in physics with an emphasis on microwave spectroscopy of semiconductors from Florida State University (FSU) in 2014. After graduating from FSU, he worked at VSU, Thomas University and University of Tennessee at Martin (UTM) before returning to VSU in 2018. His research interest lies in the areas of experimental physics with applications in microwave circuits, optics and electronics.
