It was such a pleasure to work with the Young Gamechangers and especially to have a front row seat to their research and idea-development process. Since they presented their final recommendations to our community, our local participants have created a task force to implement those ideas. In fact, our county tourism director has adopted the ‘Naturally Douglas’ recommendation and it is already being used to promote the community. This program really does go beyond issue awareness and develops real community solutions for Georgia.
