Before becoming a part of Team Thomasville, she worked in financial services for almost ten years. As a result of this background, her approach is very strategic. She brings a high level of dedication, professionalism, and excitement to the work and organization while helping leaders thrive in their careers and personal lives. Outside of the City of Thomasville, as a local Pastor, Tara harbors a deep passion for serving the community through various outreach initiatives while helping people and the city grow and transform into the best version of themselves.
