Gracie has been an effective leader in the Middle Georgia area since graduating from the University of Georgia in 2015. Her role within her family’s business supersedes a title. She has been involved in operational efforts, marketing strategy, and business development within Rigby’s Entertainment Complex and Water World in Warner Robins, GA. The creation of Gracie’s: A Rooftop Bar was the first of its kind in the region and for The Best Western Franchise. This business continues to set the example for an upscale environment and set the standard for new restaurant developments. Within the property line of Rigby’s and associated entities she has been able to identify the complex and beyond as an events hub and developer of future workforce. She continues to create and breathe new life into community wide gatherings as well. The most prominent example of this being the transference of the Warner Robins Christmas Parade ownership to Rigby’s from the Robins Regional Chamber. She has sought out opportunities to learn and grow by completing Leadership Robins and Georgia Academy for Economic Development prior to acceptance to Young Gamechangers. Her most recent accolades include being awarded to the Dr. Dan Callahan Leadership Award and Business Excellence Award for Outstanding Leadership and Service to Community. Her passion for continued learning and personal growth infuses not only her business but also the team that makes the ideas possible. She is an active community member with involvement in business and philanthropic organizations such as the Robins Regional Chamber, CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate), Warner Robins Citizens Advisory Board, and Rigby’s Readers with the Houston County Public Library System. She has not only contributed time and effort to better Rigby’s but to also grow the Middle GA region.
