Rosalba Cuna is the Site Director for the Junior Achievement Discovery Center of Greater Dalton where she oversees the experience and operations of the JA BizTown and JA Finance Park simulations. Rosa believes strongly in Junior Achievement’s mission to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. She believes it is important to motivate, engage and inspire students to recognize the value and relevance of education, and to make informed decisions about their own personal education and career pathways. In addition to overseeing the Discovery Center of Greater Dalton, she is an active volunteer in her community and on the board for the Northwest Georgia Family Crisis Center. Rosa holds a Bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership from Dalton State College. She has grown up in the Dalton community and graduated from Dalton Public Schools. Prior to working with Junior Achievement of Georgia, Rosa worked with Dalton Public Schools and worked closely with the Directors of School Support, The Deputy Superintendent, and the Dalton Education Foundation. She also holds a certification from the University of Georgia as a bilingual interpreter. In her spare time, Rosa enjoys running and playing golf. She also enjoys reading a good book and spending time with family and friends.
