Natalie Crawford was born and raised in Northeast Georgia. Natalie is all about finding solutions, regardless of what it takes. For more than 20 years, Natalie has worked in sales and marketing across the financial services and higher education industries as well as the public sector. She is the former Chairwoman and served from 2012-2020 as District 4 Habersham County Commissioner during which time she was a member of ACCG Group Health Benefits Board of Trustees, Georgia Mountain Regional Commission, and she was the district 2 representative on the ACCG Board of Managers. She also has seven years of direct experience in SaaS sales leadership, partnering with community financial institutions across the Southeast. A self-proclaimed and unapologetic devil’s advocate, Natalie loves to test the strength of arguments, positions, and processes so that she can clearly see the inefficiencies and get to work fixing them ASAP. She is always focused on forward movement. Natalie’s passion is a life of inquiry, service, and leadership through helping others move through challenges to affect positive change. Her motto is, “Semper ad Meliora–always toward better things.” Natalie is a founding partner of Atlanta-based marketing agency, Gravity Junction and is Executive Director of 501c4, Georgia First.
