Justin Strickland is a local government administration veteran. He has worked as a County Manager for Marion County Georgia and served as a department head for the City of Savannah and City of Commerce. He is currently serving as the Assistant City Manager for Peachtree City since 2021. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from the University of Georgia, a Master’s Degree in Education from Piedmont University, and a Master’s of Public Administration (MPA) from Georgie College & State University. Justin is also a Certified Government Finance Officer Level II and has received a Certificate of Recognition from the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) for Budget Preparation. Justin specializes in government finance, budgeting, operations, human resources, citizen engagement, and SPLOST initiatives.
Justin has been married to his wife for 12 years and they have three boys. He loves living and working in the Peachtree City community, building LEGOs with his boys, and traveling when he can.
