Allison Shaw is a Assistant Director for Institutional Effectiveness at The University of Georgia. She works closely with students, faculty, and diverse organizations to create solutions that strengthen Georgia’s communities. Whether coordinating student learning projects or helping communities develop resiliency plans, Allison excels at turning ideas into action. When she’s not working, Allison enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband and new baby, and diving into a good book. She believes that small, meaningful actions can lead to big, positive changes, and she strives to live out that philosophy every day.
