Dana Watson-Green

Dana Watson-Green is an Administrative Assistant in the Department of Organizational Development with the City of Albany, where she supports leadership development initiatives, employee engagement, and process improvement across the organization. With experience spanning public administration, criminal justice, education, and community programs, Dana is committed to building stronger systems and expanding access to meaningful opportunities for others. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Strayer University and has served in roles supporting students, families, justice-involved individuals, and government teams. Known for her collaborative approach and ability to connect with diverse groups, Dana is dedicated to lifelong learning and positive community impact. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and growing her nonprofit, Girls Can Too, which empowers young girls through mentorship, confidence-building, and exposure to new experiences. Dana is excited to bring her passion, leadership, and community focus to the Young Gamechangers program.
