Xavier Walker serves as the Marketing and Cultural Arts Manager for the City of Union City. He leads citywide communications, public relations, digital strategy, and all arts and cultural programming. Since joining the City in 2019, he has advanced through three positions based on consistent performance, creativity, and a strong commitment to serving residents. Xavier has contributed to major initiatives that include the R3 Master Plan, expansion of parks and recreation programs, citywide placemaking, and the growth of signature community events. He has also guided Union City’s digital presence and helped shape the City’s identity across Georgia. As a Union City native and current resident, Xavier brings a deep understanding of the community he serves. His work has earned him recognition as Employee of the Year, multiple Employee of the Month awards, and the Visionary Award for emerging leadership.
