Donovan McKelvey is a driven higher education leader and communications professional with a strong record of impact in academic administration, media, and community engagement. As the youngest Senior Registrar in Atlanta University Center history, he has led transformative initiatives at Morris Brown College, including a 400 percent increase in enrollment and significant contributions to institutional reaccreditation efforts.
Donovan brings over six years of experience across student success, enrollment management, and crisis communication, supported by a B.S. in Journalism & Emerging Media and an M.A. in Integrated Global Communication. In addition to his work in higher education, he is the founder of All In Recording Studios, where he elevates voices through content creation, storytelling, and media strategy. His strengths in coaching, leadership, and problem-solving guide his mission to empower others and drive meaningful change across Georgia.
