Mikia D. Frazier is a native of Riceboro, GA. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Spelman College C’2019, Master of Education in Elementary Education from Georgia Southern University C’2020 and Education Specialist in Teacher Leadership from Valdosta State University C’2022. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated- Hinesville Alumnae Chapter, National Council of Negro Women – Coastal Georgia Area Section, Liberty County Emancipation Proclamation Observance Committee and is a member of First Zion Baptist Church of Riceboro, GA. She has served as the director of the Riceboro Summer Youth Employment Program since 2020 and the Liberty County High School Junior Varsity Cheerleading coach since 2019. She is a 4th grade teacher at Joseph Martin Elementary School where she serves in various leadership capacities to include: grade chair, Black History Program chair, and staff morale chair.
