Meredith Stinson is a Government Relations Representative for Georgia EMC, where she plays a key role in advocating for legislative policies that align with the organization’s mission to deliver reliable and affordable power. She works closely with the Georgia General Assembly and the Georgia Public Service Commission to advance these goals. Additionally, Meredith oversees Georgia EMC’s grassroots advocacy efforts, fostering engagement across the state and strengthening the organization’s political strategies. Before joining Georgia EMC, Meredith served as Associate Director of Government Relations at the University of Georgia, where she acted as a liaison between the Office of Government Relations and various university departments, supporting the institution’s federal, state, and community relations priorities. Meredith resides in Atlanta, where she actively volunteers in the Young Adults ministry at Christ Covenant Church. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Public Relations from the University of Georgia.
