Reginald’s career includes roles as a Education Supervisor and Testing Coordinator at Georgia Preparatory Academy, where he enhanced student success through data-driven interventions and statewide assessments, and as a Team Leader for Valdosta City Schools, where he spearheaded collaborative learning initiatives and curriculum development. Reginald holds an Education Specialist degree in Teacher Leadership from Valdosta State University (2024) and a Master of Education in Reading and Literacy from Capella University (2018) and a bachelor’s degree in Middle Grades Education from Valdosta State University (2011).
