Jon joined Electric Cities of Georgia (ECG) in May 2023, and serves as the Senior Community Development Coordinator in the Office of Economic and Community Development. With over seven years of experience in local government and the nonprofit sector, he provides expert counsel and solution-oriented strategies to ECG member leadership and stakeholders on best practices and growth strategies in community preparedness, urban planning, and product development. Throughout his career, Jon has supported numerous local governments and authorities in strategic planning, grant acquisition, and project development. He holds a master’s degree in public administration and a bachelor’s degree in geography from Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, Georgia.
