Sarai Hitchcock is a Development Officer at Columbus State University, where she focuses on advancing the university’s fundraising and engagement efforts. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Spanish from Mercer University and a Master of Management from the University of Notre Dame. Outside of her professional work, Sarai is deeply involved in volunteer activities with her church in the Columbus area and is passionate about animal welfare, particularly helping animals in need. She enjoys baking for her part-time at-home bakery business, is an avid coffee lover, and enjoys hiking with her husband and two dogs.
