Diriki T. Geuka, Esq. is a corporate associate in the Atlanta office of Townsend & Lockett in the transactional practice group. Diriki works on a team focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate law. Diriki has represented several international, publicly recognizable corporations in complex transactions including the sale of overseas assets and the acquisition of businesses in Asia, Europe, Canada, and domestically. Diriki previously worked as an attorney at both the federal and local levels of government, starting out as a federal staff attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. While in law school at Stetson University College of Law, he served president of its Student Bar Association before graduating in 2017 with the Dean Richard Dillon Excellence in Real Property and Marc L. Levine Awards. He is currently President of the Emerging 100 of Atlanta.
